A Brief history of keyboard lessons at Beat It Music in Baildon (West Yorkshire).
Beat It Music have been providing Keyboard lessons in Baildon Village Bradford, since 2002.
HIGH QUALITY SERVICE AND MUSIC / KEYBOARD TEACHERS
From the very start, we set the bar high for the standard of services we offer and the quality of teachers that work as part of our team.
Some of our previous teachers have also gone on to provide Keyboard lessons in their own locality and still work with Beat It Music to provide opportunities for local music students and musicians, to play at various venues and local events.
JOIN IN LOCAL EVENTS AND SHOWS
Students and musicians taking keyboard lessons at Beat It Music are automatically invited to perform at the Baildon Carnival, Our Own Annual shows and various other activities that the Music Shop is involved with. There is no charge for taking part, it is all included when you are a member of the Beat It Music family. Note: Not all students want to take part and no one is asked to take part if they don’t want to.
DIFFERENT LEARNING STYLES AND AIMS
Our teachers are very flexible, so as well as benefitting from One to One Keyboard Lessons, our students can also choose from many different approaches to their Keyboard lessons.
- Learning towards Keyboard music grades using the rock school music books.
- Just learning to play the Keyboard for fun.
- Learning your favourite Keyboard music.
- Help with learning songs to play with a local band (or your own group).
- Learning something to play to your family and friends in one of our annual events.
In some of our events, the student is invited to play a piece that they have learned on stage with a full live band.
That is something for them to treasure and even record and keep a copy of.
BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY
When we calculated a comparison between the average charge for a lesson at school (which isn’t one to one), against the charge for lessons at the Music Shop, it became clear that we provide better value and more time for the money spent. We also provide discounts to those pupils who book regular lessons.
LOCAL MUSICIANS
Some of our talented local musicians also come to Beat It Music School for Keyboard Lessons.
This is because they want to stretch themselves and try different methods and styles, than those that they are already good at.
PAUL JANNETTA
Currently, Paul Jannetta is in charge of Piano lessons at the Baildon Studio.
The Studio is underneath the Music Shop and is equiped with a modern Piano with weighted keys and keyboards.
Paul is an experienced and multi-talented teacher, who teaches both Keyboards & Piano & Many Styles.
PRACTICE / REHEARSAL STUDIO AVAILABLE
We also encourage, where appropriate that students to consider forming a group with other students to help them with their learning.
Sometimes they book our purpose built studio so that they can practice together and as students they get discounted rates when they hire the room.
7 DAYS A WEEK
As with all the other Music lessons at the Baildon Shop, Keyboard Lessons are available 7 days a week, morning through to evenings.
We stock a small range of music books in store, but we have thousands available online which can be delivered to your door
